Support for Aging Parents

Today’s caregivers are stretched thin.

Most adult children are juggling work, raising families, and caring for aging parents—often from a distance. The responsibilities can feel endless: navigating medical systems, managing home care, coordinating with doctors, and worrying when you can’t be there.

Older Oak Care Management was built to ease that weight.

We act as your trusted partner and advocate, ensuring your loved one receives attentive, compassionate care while you focus on your family and work. Whether you live nearby or across the country, we bridge the gaps, coordinate every detail, and give you peace of mind knowing your parent is safe, supported, and seen.

Because caring for your parents shouldn’t mean losing yourself—it should mean finding the support you both deserve.

Our Consultants will provide...

           Guidance & Education

  • Teach families about aging-related conditions, dementia, and chronic illness.
  • Explain Medicare, insurance, and community resources in plain language.
  • Provide training on caregiving skills (safe transfers, nutrition, medication reminders, fall prevention).

           Family Mediation

  • Facilitate family meetings when siblings disagree on care decisions.
  • Help divide responsibilities fairly (finances, hands-on care, visits).
  • Provide a neutral, professional perspective that reduces conflict.

          Long-Distance Caregiving

  • Offer regular check-ins and updates for adult children who live far away.
  • Share digital care notes, video updates, or photos.
  • Set up technology (tele-health, medical alert systems, remote monitoring).
